By visiting www.prostojewelry.rs and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of Purchase. Please take a moment to read them carefully.

About Our Products

All jewellery we offer is handcrafted using materials we personally select. We do our best to describe each piece accurately — materials, dimensions, weight — and to photograph it faithfully. Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. If you have questions about a specific piece before buying, you are always welcome to get in touch.

Prices & Payment

All prices on the website are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD). MIKHAIL IVANOV PREDUZETNIK BEOGRAD is not in the VAT system. Shipping is not included in the displayed price and is calculated separately. We commit to charging you the price shown at the time you confirmed your order — any later price changes will not affect your purchase.

Payment options:

  • Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, DinaCard) — card details are entered on the bank’s / payment processor’s secure page. During payment card data entry, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
  • Cash on delivery.

Currency & Conversion

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Delivery & Restrictions

We deliver by courier service across the whole territory of the Republic of Serbia, as well as internationally. Orders are processed within 2 business days, and delivery within Serbia usually takes 2–3 business days from dispatch. For jewellery made to order, the exact delivery deadline is stated on the product page and confirmed with your order. Full delivery terms and prices are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How your account is charged: for card payments, your account is charged immediately after the transaction is successfully authorised on the payment processor’s secure page. For cash on delivery, the amount is paid to the courier upon receipt of the parcel.

Because each country independently regulates the trade of goods and services, it may happen that — independently of us — certain authorities charge additional costs (postage, opening and inspection of the parcel, customs duties, re-delivery, change of delivery address, and similar). We recommend checking, before ordering, whether any special restrictions or prohibitions apply to the country you are ordering from. All such costs are borne by the buyer.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)

Purchases on our website are considered distance sales. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw

  • Within 14 days, send us the completed Withdrawal Form by email to prosto.belgrade@gmail.com. The form is available for download at the bottom of this page and is included with your delivery.
  • Your withdrawal takes effect from the date you send the form — you do not need to wait for our reply.
  • We will confirm receipt by email without delay.

Returning the item

  • Please send the item back within 14 days of the date you sent your withdrawal notice.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please pack the item carefully before sending — we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging during return transit.
  • Returned jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and where possible in its original packaging.

Refund

We will refund the full amount received — including the cost of standard outbound delivery — within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we receive the item back or until you provide proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, MIKHAIL IVANOV PREDUZETNIK BEOGRAD is obliged to make the refund exclusively via DinaCard, Maestro/MasterCard, American Express and VISA payment method, which means that the Institution of electronic money will refund the funds to the payment card user’s account at the seller’s request.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • jewellery made to your specifications or clearly personalised — e.g. rings with engraving, pieces made to individual measurements or custom designs. You will be specifically informed of this before confirming such an order.

Complaints & Warranty

We are liable for the conformity of goods for 2 years from the date of delivery, as required by law — regardless of whether a separate commercial guarantee was given.

Please include proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt copy, or bank statement). We are unable to process complaints without proof of purchase.

What happens next

  • We will confirm receipt of your complaint without delay and provide a reference number.
  • Within 8 days of receipt we will respond in writing or by email with our decision and a proposed resolution timeline.
  • We resolve complaints within 15 days of submission.
  • We maintain a complaints log for a minimum of 2 years.

Complaints do not cover damage caused by improper use, wear, or storage of the jewellery, or normal wear over time.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve directly, you may propose resolution through an out-of-court dispute settlement body. We accept participation in out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes before bodies entered in the register kept by the ministry responsible for consumer protection of the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. To begin, send your proposal to prosto.belgrade@gmail.com and we will respond with the information needed to proceed.

Use of the Website

All content on this website — photographs, product descriptions, texts, the logo and the visual identity of PROSTO JEWELRY — is our property or is used with permission, and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without our written consent.

By using this website you agree not to interfere with its operation, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details confidential.

We may amend these terms. The version published on the website at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Privacy Protection

On behalf of Prosto Jewelry, we commit to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and the data required to conduct business and inform users, in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing a quality service. We give customers the freedom of choice, including the option to decide whether or not to be removed from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly safeguarded and available only to employees who need it to do their work. All Prosto Jewelry employees (and business partners) are responsible for observing the principles of privacy protection.

We can send your order using various methods:

  • Free self-pick up at our jewelry store (Kapetan Misina 17, Belgrade)
  • Our courier within central Belgrade costs 500 RSD. If ordered before 16:00, we dispatch on the same day.
  • Throughout Serbia: Post Express to a pickup point or door-to-door delivery within a few days from the order confirmation costs 500 RSD.
  • Worldwide delivery: we ship to all cities around the world by Serbian post and then it’s handed to your local services. The price depends on the Postal rate for particular country. On average, we charge 700 RSD for Europe and 1,000 RSD for the rest of the world.
