Delivery and Payment

You can get your order using various methods:

Free self-pick up at our jewelry store (Skenderbegova 43, Belgrade)
Our courier within central Belgrade costs 500 RSD. If ordered before 16:00, we dispatch on the same day.
Throughout Serbia: Post Express to a pickup point or door-to-door delivery within a few days from the order confirmation costs 500 RSD.
Worldwide delivery: we ship to all cities around the world by Serbian post and then it’s handed to your local services. The price depends on the Postal rate for particular country. On average, we charge 700 RSD for Europe and 1,000 RSD for the rest of the world.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

This website is working in test mode and soon we will add online payment, but for now if you prefer a remote payment we will contact you and issue an invoice
In cash or by card at our store in Belgrade.

Is it possible to return or exchange jewelry?

You can return or exchange jewelry purchased through the online store within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Please note that when receiving delivery at pick-up points or door-to-door courier delivery, a free fitting and inspection service is available. We recommend examining the order upon receipt and, in case of refusal, returning the order immediately.

If you don’t like the color of the jewelry or the size doesn’t fit, we can exchange your jewelry for an item of equal value (or more expensive with an additional payment) or provide a refund.

Exchange/return is possible if:

The appearance and consumer properties of the jewelry are preserved.
The packaging, tags, seal, and proof of purchase document are retained.
It has been no more than 7 days since the purchase.

How to exchange/return jewelry

If our product doesn’t fit/you don’t like it, contact us by sending an email to prosto.belgrade@gmail.com or via Instagram @prosto.belgrade. Afterwards you will be able to send the order by courier company/post (in this case, you pay for the delivery). The refund to the buyer is only processed after the goods return to our warehouse and we verify its condition.

In case of discovering external defects within 7 days of purchase, we can exchange/return the jewelry. In the return of defective jewelry, logistical costs (delivery of jewelry) are on our side. Please note! The purchase of jewelry made of precious metals with precious stones from the offline store is not subject to exchange and return.

Guarantee

Production Defect

For jewelry purchased at Prosto Jewelry store or online, a six-month warranty is valid if the jewelry has a production defect.

What is it? Production defects are not very common. Before jewelry reaches stores and the website, several people inspect them at different stages. We check the quality of all our jewelry, but rarely something may be overlooked.

If the jewelry breaks during the warranty period, and a production defect is identified, we will repair it for free. If the jewelry breaks for other reasons, you can have it repaired at your expense.

If the jewelry with a production defect cannot be repaired, we will:

exchange the jewelry for a new one of the same kind;

if that particular jewelry is no longer available, we will send a certificate for the equivalent amount.

Coating

Wear on the coating is not a defect but a natural wear and tear of the jewelry, a sign that you love and wear it often. A 45-day warranty applies to the coating. If more time has passed since the purchase, we can recoat the jewelry at your expense.

What the warranty does not cover?

Warranty service and money refunds do not apply to these cases:

there are signs of mechanical damage to the jewelry;
storage and care conditions have been violated;
changes occurred due to natural wear and tear of the jewelry;
third parties repaired the jewelry;
a part of the jewelry, such as an earring, pendant, or other detail, is lost.

How will the repair/refund process work?

Write to prosto.belgrade@gmail.com, attach photos of the jewelry. We will contact you to resolve the issue and discuss delivery method for sending the jewelry to us. Or you can come to our store in Belgrade and discuss a refund or repair with us.

If the jewelry is sent by post, we will notify you when it reaches us. After the repair, we will send you the jewelry or a replacement. If a production defect is identified, delivery is free. If the jewelry is damaged due to mechanical impact, delivery is around 350 RSD throughout Serbia and for other countries the price depends on the postal rate for your region.

Care information

To care for your jewelry and maintain its original condition, it's important to follow these guidelines:

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, and household chemicals.
Handle jewelry carefully to prevent mechanical damage such as impacts, falls, or friction. If the jewelry coating is damaged, you can have it refreshed at any jewelry workshop.
Regularly wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth to prevent tarnishing. If the jewelry darkens, you can either take it to a jewelry workshop or clean it yourself using specialized products.
Avoid prolonged and intense exposure to ultraviolet light.
Store jewelry in a dry place, keeping each piece separate from others.
Jewelry with screw clasps requires special attention. If you encounter any difficulties in wearing them, try cleaning the threads.
