You can return or exchange jewelry purchased through the online store within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Please note that when receiving delivery at pick-up points or door-to-door courier delivery, a free fitting and inspection service is available. We recommend examining the order upon receipt and, in case of refusal, returning the order immediately.
If you don’t like the color of the jewelry or the size doesn’t fit, we can exchange your jewelry for an item of equal value (or more expensive with an additional payment) or provide a refund.

How to exchange/return jewelry
If our product doesn’t fit/you don’t like it, contact us by sending an email to prosto.belgrade@gmail.com or via Instagram @prosto.belgrade. Afterwards you will be able to send the order by courier company/post (in this case, you pay for the delivery). The refund to the buyer is only processed after the goods return to our warehouse and we verify its condition.
In case of discovering external defects within 7 days of purchase, we can exchange/return the jewelry. In the return of defective jewelry, logistical costs (delivery of jewelry) are on our side. Please note! The purchase of jewelry made of precious metals with precious stones from the offline store is not subject to exchange and return.
For jewelry purchased at Prosto Jewelry store or online, a six-month warranty is valid if the jewelry has a production defect.
What is it? Production defects are not very common. Before jewelry reaches stores and the website, several people inspect them at different stages. We check the quality of all our jewelry, but rarely something may be overlooked.
If the jewelry breaks during the warranty period, and a production defect is identified, we will repair it for free. If the jewelry breaks for other reasons, you can have it repaired at your expense.
If the jewelry with a production defect cannot be repaired, we will:

If the jewelry is sent by post, we will notify you when it reaches us. After the repair, we will send you the jewelry or a replacement. If a production defect is identified, delivery is free. If the jewelry is damaged due to mechanical impact, delivery is around 350 RSD throughout Serbia and for other countries the price depends on the postal rate for your region.
